What kind of order can be refunded?

1.We issue refunds for products within 5 days of the original subscription date of the product.
2.The refund is only eligible for new customers who have not made a previous subscription before.
3.The refund will only be valid if your account has not already been suspended for breach of our terms of service.

How to claim your refund?
